2014年ジャパン・ツアーより東京９公演から、後半３公演を収録した第3弾です。
4月8日、9日、10日に行われたZepp DiverCityでのライブ・パフォーマンスを全公演共に24bit録音によるオーディエンス録音最高峰の超高音質オーディエンス録音で完全収録。8日は「Beyond Here Lies Nothin'」の途中で機材トラブルが発生し、一時中断するハプニングもありましたがディラン自身はこの日も絶好調です。 東京9公演でセットリストにこそ大きく変化はありませんでしたが、その日、その瞬間のイマジネーションで歌い方を変え、「Things Have Changed 」や「Love Sick」、70年代の名曲の一つ「Simple Twist Of Fate 」、「Long And Wasted Years 」はどの公演も本当に素晴らしく、今年のNever Ending Tourの幕開けとなった初日からディランの歌声は絶好調で圧巻のパフォーマンスを披露しています。音質は各パート共に分離感のあるダイレクトなサウンドで、ヴォーカル・パートも目の前でディランが歌ってるようなオーディエンス録音では究極的なウルトラ・サウンドで収録しています。Vol.1&2同様に買っても絶対に損しない逸品のアイテムです。
